Refund policy
Workshop Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your workshop reservation, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
To request a cancellation, simply reply to your order confirmation email at least 7 days before the event and we’ll be happy to assist you. If you have done this or lost your confirmation email, please email cosmovadream@gmail.com as a last option.
After the Event
Once the workshop has taken place, we’re unable to offer refunds, including for no-shows or late arrivals, as materials and preparations are made in advance.
Ticket Transfers
If you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest. Just let us know before the workshop is scheduled and inform us through cosmovadream@gmail.com of the name of the individual you are transferring the ticket to.
Event Changes
In the rare case that COSMOVA needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future event.
